REFUND POLICY

BizMilled takes great care in its operations and has the utmost value for customer satisfaction. As a customer, you can expect nothing less than our promised quality and products. However, if you are not satisfied after receiving your purchase, we encourage you to talk to us to see what arrangements can be made.

Regarding refunds, BizMilled does not entertain buyer's remorse cases and in such instances, refunds will not be issued. If the product received is damaged or is missing items, please contact us. Our refund process usually includes a shipment back to our facility after which a refund will immediately be issued. After receiving notice of the refund, please give up to 30 business days for processing.

If you would still like to proceed with the order instead of processing the refund, we will ship out a new batch and cover the shipping costs.

We understand that receiving damaged or missing items is a time-consuming, annoying and expensive strain that could be avoided. We sincerely apologize for any issues and will do our best to rectify the matter.
