What are the shipping options?


BizMilled fulfills all shipments through Canada Post. Shipments are processed from Vancouver, Canada and therefore some regions can expect delivery dates up to 20 business days after order confirmation.




What do I do if I received a defective order?


We at BizMilled take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective product we would require you to mail back the product, and after assessing the return product a refund will be processed straight away. Other arrangements such as re-shipment (covered cost) for a new batch can also be made if desired. Please refer to our refund policy for more details on refunds.




How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?


The easiest way to reach out to us is through the contact form on this webpage (next to "about"). This will direct your questions to our email. We aim to respond back to you within 48 hours.




I'm missing items, what do I do?


We are so sorry to hear that! Please refer to our refund policy and reach out to us.




Will my product look exactly like I've been shown?


Products should look identical to designs provided. However, there could be slight colour variation (< 10%).




Do you only fulfill orders from UBC?


While we focus mainly on supplying merchandise to UBC's various clubs and organizations, we are more than delighted to expand our BizMilled family!




I want to order in bulk, can I arrange for a different price?
