What are the shipping options?
BizMilled fulfills all shipments through Canada Post. Shipments are processed from Vancouver, Canada and therefore some regions can expect delivery dates up to 20 business days after order confirmation.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
We at BizMilled take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective product we would require you to mail back the product, and after assessing the return product a refund will be processed straight away.

I'm missing items, what do I do?
We are so sorry to hear that! Please refer to our refund policy and reach out to us.
Will my product look exactly like I've been shown?
Products should look identical to designs provided. However, there could be slight colour variation (< 10%).
I want to order less than 200 cards, is this possible?
Unfortunately, at the moment each package contains 200 cards and orders must increment as such. If you need a smaller order for quality assurance purposes, please refer to our samples page for more details.
I want to order in bulk, can I arrange for a different price?
For bulk orders, please reach out to us with more details and we will provide you with a quote.
